    Very good

Excellent location, relaxing compound with a nice (small) pool area.

I was a bit concerned about some of our fellow guests (very young local women staying with much older western men). If they don't already, I would encourage the hotel to check all guests' identification cards.

    Nice

The staff in the hotel and their friendly and helpful service

The cost is too high by comparison to Cambodian prices and was not justified in the facilities offered in the hotel. The rooms should have coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast choice was poor, toiletries in the room were poor and were not refilled unless asked. The French Manager should and could learn skills in customer service from his staff. There is no area by the pool that allows for sun bathing. The price of the room should have allowed for more privacy on the balcony.

Quiet position in Phnom Penh with swimming pool amongst palm trees

For a hotel charging $99 for a room, we did not get value for money. The room was fine, but had to get the bathroom sink unblocked as smelt bad. The public areas also didn't seem very clean, and had to ask reception to get the only staff member dealing with breakfast some help as we were'nt getting served. Have stayed in $50 hotels in cambodia much better than this.

    Very good

The room was nice and having a pool was good for a quick dip. Breakfast was good and it is like a little oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh centre, although easily accessible by tuk tuk for only a couple of dollars.

    Very good

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and designed in typical Cambodian style.

    Very good

Perfect location close to lovely boutiques, excellent food, and interesting city sights. The pool is perfect, the accomodations quiet in the bustle of Phnom Penh. Great respite! The manager is super, filled with excellent suggestions, and very warm and accomodating.

Mozzie netting for the bed would have been a great addition - there were a few of them around. I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to work, and mentions to the staff didn't fix the problem.

    Perfect

LOvely peaceful and atomspheric boutique Lodge. a great place to unwind after the business and bustle of Phnom Penh. Staff excellent and caring .

We had problems with the blocking of the shower and toilet. We stayed in a room on the top floor and I think this has occurred before judging on the reaction at the reception when we explained our problem. Unfortuantely I think there maybe a rather large plumbing problem with this top room - my husband and I own a construction company so familiar with the issue of blocked plumbing !!

    Very good

Hotel has leafy setting, making it respite from rest of phnom penh. Pool is very refreshing after a hot day of touring. Breakfast is fresh croissants and bread with eggs if you request it. Room is large with comfy hard bed. Only 1 chair. Rooms are up a circular staircase. Requires some nimbleness.

    Great

I stayed here for one night because The Pavilion, just around the corner, could not offer me a room for one night of my stay. It is a really nice, small hotel and the room was well laid out with traditional furniture. It is well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the royal palace and close to good restaurants on Street 240.

Compared to The Pavilion, the breakfast was not quite as good, though reasonable, and the service was a little impersonal - it is French owned and run. In addion, when I checked out I had to pay by cash because their credit card machine appeared not to be working - fortunately I had only stayed one night so had the cash to do this but it could have been problematic had I been staying longer!

    Perfect

The staff is really caring... The rooms were perfectly clean, nicely styled, the Internet fast and the yard, oh my god, like on the bottom of the tropical jungle! Lots of privacy and great pool.

    Great

We took the 2+1 room and it was very large, it also came with a very large terrace that had seating so it was great being able to spread out and not be tripping over your bags, the hotel was also very central meaning we could walk to most sights/pubs/restaurants

We didn't have breakfast as part of the plan but their ability to support varied food looked limited and the bar wasn't well stocked either, it wan't a problem for us but it may not suit others
